Yoga & Chillz is a new monthly event partnership by Yogi Dynamics, (a Dumpling Dudez Production) & Eureka Heights. This monthly event will feature a yoga class designed to be mindful, fun, and energetic. After class, you are invited to stay and get to know each other while at Eureka Heights and have a beer with us.
Vinyasa Flow - Facet Seven Fitness Eado Saturday 9:30 am
Join us for sunrise yoga class every Saturday at 9:30 am. Here, we combine breath work, mindfulness & vinyasa flow to bring you a well-rounded morning practice. My classes here are located at the Facet Seven Eado Gym.
